Now i decided to change my password for good measure and after reading, that some people’s physical authenticator eventually died I thought I’d remove it and just replace it with mobile authentication. Some questions did arise: WebSep 24, 2024 · Since your authenticator died you’ll need to select “Submit ticket with image of ID” so that we can verify that you are the registered user on the account.
